Bario is so secluded in the dense rainforest of Borneo that it is only accessible by a plane ride from Miri. Well, unless you want to trek for weeks from the nearest town.
The 50-minute plane ride to Bario from Miri was a rather fascinating one. In order to get to Bario, we had to board a Twin Otter plane that could only fit 19 passengers."Bario the place you called home"

A view from top of the hills-quite amazing
